3rd Telemarketing Lead - Preparation of the call

In telemarketing and phone sales there is one very important rule :

Never be unprepared
. You should never trust your spontaneity only. You have specific goals and purposes when you make a phone call, that's why you should follow Telemarketing Leads.

You can use Skype or other Net2Phone service to practice your conversation skills. Try to keep in mind that YOU HAVE THE CONTROL of the conversation. You start it, you have the control, you finish it.
